Cats Rule
Posted: February 26, 2008 – 12:00 amMedical News Today confirms it. Cats rule over dogs. A 10-year study conducted by the University of Minnesota concluded that owning a cat can reduce your risk of a heart attack by one third. One third! Isn’t that fantastic? The study could not confirm a similar connection with dogs, as they say because they probably didn’t have enough in the study group. OK, I’ll give in on that score. Pets benefit their owners by providing a calming effect in their lives, helping them to reduce stress. No one needs anymore of that in their life, to be sure. Think about it, won’t you?
