OK, so I’ve lost some weight, feeling better. All because of that Wellness Health Diet.
I suppose there’s a lot to be said for a food which lists the first ingredient as deboned chicken. Not corn meal, rice meal, wheat something or another, but honest to goodness meat.
The other day, Chris and Norm were working late, i.e., late dinner for me. So, instead of the usual dinner preparation ritual, it was a quick dinner of rotisserie chicken, mashed potatoes, and peas. She fussed around the kitchen getting everything ready to serve. That’s when I went nuts.
That chicken was my chicken. It smelled just like my own food. Hey, were they tapping into my bag? I just couldn’t stay away. Chicken, that tasty chicken! More chicken than I possibly could eat. The smell of roasted chicken filling the air–and no sharing. Gez.
